How much does MapItAndGO cost?

A great way to start is to meet up with us, and play our MapItAndGO boardgame. A taster session is about two hours, and we can guarantee that you and your team will take away some new ideas about your business. The good news is that the taster session is completely free!

If your team is scattered across a wide area we are always happy to set a webinar for you to chat with us, and take a look at our systems. This usually takes about 45 minutes, and whilst less hands on than the board game, you will have a clearer picture of what MapItAndGO will do for your business, and have the time to talk through some options as a group.

The cost of MapItAndGO is banded by user numbers, with the price for up to ten users a very reasonable £100 per month plus VAT.

Our customers usually start off by setting up two or three processes, and grow their systems gradually. Set up costs start at £1500 plus VAT, which includes a half day workshop, set up of the system, and training.

We are frequently asked to visit companies to play the boardgame. The workshops are fun and enjoyable, great for team building exercise, and a few problems get solved along the way too. Depending on the size of your group, we send along one or two MapItAndGO consultants who are experienced business facilitators, and will add huge value to your day. Please ask us about pricing.
